The session is led by a Certified DISC Trainer who is also a Registered Nurse and Certified Public Health Nurse, with a Master’s degree in Public Health, a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management, and nearly 40 years of professional practice. Designed specifically for nurse leaders, this session offers immediately applicable tools to enhance self-awareness, elevate staff engagement, and lead more effectively in today’s complex healthcare environments.
