The following positions are open for the term beginning Jan. 1, 2027:

- Treasurer
- PDC Co-Chair-Elect
- Research and Scholarship Chair
- Membership Chair
- District B

MOLN board member participation:
- Regularly attend board meetings (about 8 per year).
- Actively serve on a committee or task force.
- Participate and support MOLN events, initiatives.
- Be informed about committee work and matters of the board.
- Build community and consensus on the board and in the membership.
- Be an active voice in the board’s annual strategic planning efforts.
- Advance the future of nursing in Minnesota!
Position Descriptions:
- Executive Positions: The President-Elect serves four years. One year as President-Elect, two years as President, and one year as Immediate Past President. The Treasurer serves a two-year term. Elected members shall serve no more than two consecutive two-year terms.
- Committee Chairs: Professional Development Chair serves one year as Chair-Elect, two years as Chair, and one year as Immediate Past Chair. Other Committee Chairs hold office for two years. Elected directors may serve no more than two consecutive full terms. Please reach out for more information about the committees' responsibilities if interested.
- District Representatives: Hold office for two years. Elected directors may serve no more than two consecutive full terms.
Election of new directors takes place via online ballot.
New directors will be announced at the 2026 MOLN Fall Conference.
