REGISTRATION NOW OPEN for the 2025 Spring Leadership Conference! 

This year’s event will be held on April 17-18 at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest.

The 2025 Spring Leadership Conference theme is “Unlocking Leadership Potential: Navigating Complex and Dynamic Workplaces”. 

The program kicks off following breakfast at 8:00 am on Thursday, April17 and Day 1 concludes at 5:30 pm, following a special networking reception with exhibitors. Day 2 begins with breakfast followed by the first session beginning at 8:00 am and the conference concludes at 2:00 pm.

REGISTRATION

Pre-registration is required for participation in the event. Early-bird registration closes March 16, 2025 at 5:00 pm CST. 

Individuals are allowed to register after March 16 (early bird deadline), but registration fees increase. 

No registrations are accepted after April 7, 2025

Refund/Cancellation Policy - Registration fees, less a $50.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to registrants who cannot attend and notify the Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing office in writing of the cancellation before March 16, 2025. No refunds will be made after March 16, 2025.

Successful Completion – Participants must pre-register, check-in on both days, participate in all educational sessions, and complete the online evaluation to receive a certificate of completion.

Contact Hours – Participants meeting the successful completion requirements will receive 10.5 contact hours

Relevant Financial Relationships – No relevant financial relationships were identified for any member of the planning committee or any presenter/author of program content.

ACCREDITATION

This activity has been submitted to the Midwest Multistate Division for approval to award contact hours. The Midwest Multistate Division is accredited as an approver of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

The Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing is seeking poster abstracts from Minnesota nurses and student nurses for the 2025 MOLN Spring Leadership Conference. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your research, evidence-based practice or quality improvement to nurses from across the state participating in the event. Accepted submissions will be featured as poster presentations at the Spring Conference and the author(s) must be present at the conference for questions/feedback during a special poster viewing session.

Exhibits will be held on April 17 at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest. Attendees will have scheduled times to visit exhibits throughout the day, consisting of a special time prior to the start of the program, networking breaks, around the luncheon, and a special Exhibitor/Attendee Social on Thursday afternoon.

The deadline to register is March 15, 2025. Tables are sold first come, first serve and they go fast, so don’t delay!
