The Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at our 2026 Fall Leadership Conference!

The Fall Conference will provide an excellent opportunity to network with nurse executives in diverse leadership roles from across the state and we hope you will choose to join us.

Exhibits will be held on November 12 at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center located at 350 Harbor Drive, Duluth, MN 55802. Attendees will have scheduled times to visit exhibits throughout the day, including during breakfast, lunch and two extended breaks on Thursday.

EXHIBITOR DISPLAY FEES:

• Exhibitor - $1,400.00 per table/space

Exhibitor display fees include one, six-foot, skirted tabletop display, chair(s) and tickets to participate in the breakfast and lunch on Thursday for up to two (2) company representatives, recognition of participation and support on social media and within the event app, and a list of attendees opting in for information to be shared (name, place of business and email address). 

If you have additional representatives that would like to participate in the meals on Thursday, you must purchase additional tickets. Electricity/Power at booth space is also available for an additional fee.

The deadline to register is October 5, 2026. Tables are sold first come, first serve and they go fast, so don’t delay!

Refund/Cancellation Policy – Exhibitor/Sponsor fees, less a $100.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to exhibitors who cannot attend and notify the Minnesota Organization of Nurse Leaders office in writing of the cancellation before October 1, 2026. No refunds will be made after October 1, 2026.
