SAVE THE DATE for the 2026 MOLN Policy & Advocacy Immersion Workshop that will be held on October 29th and 30th.
MOLN is providing nurses, nursing students, and healthcare professionals with the opportunity to take a deep dive into the legislative process, including how to influence policy through grass roots action and how to testify at a public hearing. This two-day event provides hands on experiences including participating in mock legislative hearings at the state capitol. All of this is presented in a safe and supportive environment with other nurses and students who have similar interests.
Day 1 of the workshop will be held at Bethel University located at 3900 Bethel Drive, St. Paul, MN 55112. The workshop will be held in the Olson Boardroom.

Registration Fees:
- MOLN Member $150.00
- Non Member $200.00
Registration is also open to student nurses currently enrolled in nursing education and health care administration programs.
- Student $100.00
Refund/Cancellation Policy: We encourage you to send a qualified substitute if you cannot attend. Registration fees, less a $50.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to participants who cannot attend and notify the MOLN office in writing of the cancellation before October 12, 2026. No refunds will be made after October 12, 2026. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather.
Lodging: We may suggest Radisson Hotel St. Paul Downtown, which is in close proximity to the event.
DISCLOSURES
Successful Completion – This activity has been designed to meet the Minnesota Board of Nursing continuing education requirements. The nurse attendee is responsible for determining whether this activity meets the licensure requirements for acceptable continuing education. Participants must check-in on both days, participate in all educational sessions, and complete the online conference evaluation to receive a certificate of completion. No partial contact hours will be awarded.
Contact Hours – Participants meeting the successful completion requirements will receive 9.75 contact hours.
