REGISTER NOW as an Exhibitor for the MOLN 2026 Spring Leadership Conference!

The Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at our 2026 Spring Leadership Conference!

The Spring Conference will provide an excellent opportunity to network with nurse executives in diverse leadership roles from across the state and we hope you will choose to join us.

Exhibits will be held on April 30 at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest located at 7025 Northland Drive North, Minneapolis, MN 55428. Attendees will have scheduled times to visit exhibits throughout the day, consisting of a time during the breakfast, two 45-minute networking breaks and around the luncheon.

EXHIBIT DISPLAY FEES

• Exhibitor - $1,400.00 per table/space

Exhibitor display fees include one, eight-foot, clothed, skirted table, chair(s), wastebasket and tickets to participate in the breakfast and lunch on Thursday for up to two (2) company representatives, recognition of participation and support on social media and within the event app, and a list of attendees opting in for information to be shared (name, place of business and email address). 

If you have additional representatives that would like to participate in the meals on Thursday, you must purchase additional tickets. Electricity/Power at booth space is available for an additional fee.

The deadline to register is March 30, 2026. Tables are sold first come, first serve and they go fast, so don’t delay!

Refund/Cancellation Policy – Exhibitor/Sponsor fees, less a $100.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to exhibitors who cannot attend and notify the Minnesota Organization of Nurse Leaders office in writing of the cancellation before March 1, 2026. No refunds will be made after March 1, 2026.

Sleeping rooms have been blocked for the Minnesota Organization of Nurse Leaders at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest for April 29 and 30 at a rate of $154.00 plus taxes for double or king suites. Self-Parking is complimentary for all registered guests.
