Pre-registration is required for participation in the event. Early-bird registration closes April 6, 2026 at 5:00 pm CST. 

Individuals are allowed to register after April 6 (early bird deadline), but registration fees increase. 

No registrations are accepted after April 19, 2026

Refund/Cancellation Policy - Registration fees, less a $50.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to registrants who cannot attend and notify the Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing office in writing of the cancellation before April 5, 2026. No refunds will be made after April 5, 2026. 

The Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing is seeking poster abstracts from Minnesota nurses and student nurses for the 2026 MOLN Spring Leadership Conference. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your research, evidence-based practice or quality improvement to nurses from across the state participating in the event. Accepted submissions will be featured as poster presentations at the Spring Conference and the author(s) must be present at the conference for questions/feedback during a special poster viewing session.

DISCLOSURES

Successful Completion – Participants must check-in on both days, participate in all educational sessions, and complete the online evaluation to receive a certificate of completion.

Contact Hours – Participants meeting the successful completion requirements will receive 10.0 contact hours

ACCREDITATION

This activity has been submitted to VTL Center for Professional Development for approval to award contact hours. VTL Center for Professional Development is accredited as an approver of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

Sleeping rooms have been blocked for the Minnesota Organization of Nurse Leaders at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest (an all-suite hotel) for April 29 and 30 at a rate of $154.00 plus taxes for Double and King Suites. Self-parking is complimentary.
